Bean to Bar Chocolate by Projet Chocolat

from 14.00

Hand-selected bean to bar chocolate by Sophia Rea, chocolate sommelier and owner of Projet Chocolat. Working many years as a chef to entertainers and executives in the music industry, she now specializes in chocolate curation and exquisite chocolate tasting parties. Projet Chocolat is a small company of Nashville artists creating the only accessory line to fine chocolate. Every unique bar chosen is hand crafted and small batch with suggested pairings. Details for the current selections below, all rare bars:

WKND Chocolate Turmeric of a Goat Thing ($17)
We tasted this bar by micro batch maker Lauren Heineck, at our chocolate tasting club last month and not a morsel was left. This is a certified organic + fair trade bar made in Denver, Colorado. Think of golden milk in a bar. Cocoa butter, goat’s milk powder, cane sugar with warming spices such as ginger, cardamom, white pepper, clove, cinnamon, cayenne and turmeric. I promise this bar will turn into an instant favorite!

Map Chocolate / Love Shack ($14)
A Vietnam Tien Giang 74% cacao bar with bits of sugared lemon and gluten free vegan pink shortbread. Like it’s name, you will love this bar! Hand wrapped and made with care, each bar has a little note inside. This makes the perfect gift for Mother’s Day.

Pump Street Bakery Sourdough ($15)
Coming from Suffolk, England this handmade 66% Equador origin dark chocolate bar has sourdough crumbs and sea salt. Pump Street started as a bakery and expanded their shop with bean-to-bar so it made sense to combine the two. Think bread and chocolate. OK, don’t think. Just enjoy.
