Create your own Parisian Brasserie at home with this classic French soup. A 3-day process using beef bones from Porter Road Butcher and Bells Bend Grassfed, we created a robust broth, combined with braised onions, bread, and melted cheese. Simply reheat the soup, pour into individual bowls, top with a slice of bread and the perfect melting cheese from The Bloomy Rind and Jasper Hill Farm. Place the bowls under the broiler to get nice and bubbly and dinner is served. (4 servings)
